The Artist Behind Moon Bloom

Photography rooted in art, connection, and the beauty of an ordinary moment made unforgettable.

Hello, I'm Brianna.

Photographer

I'm Brianna Hofmann, the artist and photographer behind Moon Bloom Photography.

Based in Greenville, South Carolina, I create fine art imagery for weddings, families, couples, and brands across the state. I was inspired by my own wedding to the absolute love of my life. My work is intentionally romantic, artful, and grounded in the belief that the photographs we keep become more meaningful as time passes.

I don't want your photographs to simply remind you what happened. I want them to bring you back to how it felt.

An Artist's Eye

Art for Art's Sake

My approach to photography was shaped long before I ever called myself a photographer.

With a background in fine art and years spent teaching art, I've always been fascinated by the way light, composition, color, gesture, and emotion can transform an ordinary moment into something worth remembering.

Photography became the place where those ideas could meet real life.

Today, I bring that same artistic curiosity to every wedding, portrait session, and branding experience—looking not only for what is beautiful, but for what is meaningful.

Why Moon Bloom?

My philosophy
Two lit ivory taper candles in crystal holders beside a vase with palm leaves and moon art print.

Moon Bloom was created around the idea that beauty doesn't always arrive loudly.

Some of life's most meaningful moments unfold quietly—in the way someone reaches for your hand, the expression on a parent's face, the pause before walking down the aisle, or the feeling of seeing yourself in a new season of life.

Moon Bloom exists to preserve those moments with intention.

Artful, romantic, and deeply personal, the work is meant to feel beautiful now and become increasingly precious with time.

"An Editorial Eye.

A Documentary heart."

I believe beautiful photographs don't have to feel overly posed, and meaningful photographs don't have to sacrifice artistry.

My approach blends the intentional composition of editorial photography with the honesty of documentary storytelling. I'll guide you when direction is helpful, create space when a moment deserves to unfold naturally, and pay attention to the small details that might otherwise disappear.

The result is a gallery that feels polished without feeling manufactured—photographs that look like art because they are artfully made, but still feel unmistakably like you.

More Than the Photographs

I believe the experience matters just as much as the final gallery.

From our first conversation to the moment you open your finished photographs, my goal is to make the process feel thoughtful, calm, and personal. You'll never be expected to know how to pose or what to do with your hands—I will guide you through the experience while leaving room for genuine connection to happen naturally.

Whether we're documenting a wedding day, creating portraits for your family, or building imagery for your brand, you'll have a photographer who is invested not only in the photographs, but in making the experience itself something you'll remember fondly.
